Each week, our Chef prepares a selection with local partners and vegetable growers with all the products he will serve at your table. Each week the AMAP (Association for the Preservation of Rural Farming), who practice organic agriculture without pesticides or herbicides, deliver 30 baskets of produce.
In this way we can carefully concoct our local delicacies for you with only seasonal ingredients, straight from our region with exceptional taste and quality. Every day, the Chef and his team pay special attention to developing a unique menu, reflecting our Provençal and French specialties. Naturally, he also adds his personal touch to tantalize your taste buds.
