At the request of General Manager Mr. Sancho and chef Guillaume Maurice, the hotel has decided to prepare a vegetable patch to grow several variety of tomatoes, basil dans flowers. This initiative is part of our partnership with the Olivades AMAP farm, going back to 2012.
The site was studied by Denis Vuillon from the Olivades AMAP farm, in order to find the best soil for growing tomatoes.
He will be closely monitoring the vegetable patch to take good care of the crops we will use in the hotel restaurant!
The plot will contain 34 varieties of tomatoes : red currant, lily of the valley, red cherry, sweet baby, Mexican cherry and many others... you can discover all these varieties!
